Banana smoothies are the bomb. Here is my recipe, so healthy and delicious! You'll be guzzling it down just like me in no time.
1 large frozen banana
1 small handfull of ice
1 tablespoon of low fat yogurt
1 cup Bonsoy soy milk
heaps of cinnamon
and a little honey to taste.
Blend it all up and top with cinnamon to garnish. A great summer breakfast!
